To him the house is a mess inside.Another area I was driving around, I stopped and talked to a neighbor that talked about the following houseshouse #1, the man just died and she (I assume his wife) was putting it up for sale in Sept.house #2, just foreclosedhouse #3, had had a fire and the owner had been fighting with the bank for 2 years, but Zillow it says it is off the market, but no dateall 4 houses great areas.

.- Usually the neighbors were nice and would look out for the house while vacant, they just wanted decent people to move in next to them and would often refer friends as potential renters (this can also be a negative).- At least in my market, easy to sell if you decide you want out.
