John, you are considered to be a disqualified person to your IRA and therefore IRA is prohibited from engaging in any business activities with you or any other disqualified person.

Account Closedunfortunately there is no way you can 'rollover' your personal assets (rentals, notes or anything else) into a qualified plan such as an IRA or 401k.
