UPDATE: The Hotel Occupancy Tax (HOT) compliance timeline has been moved to now start on February 1, 2025 (this was previously set to start in October)Any short term rental advertised through a platform remitting the hotel occupancy tax to the State of Texas (such as Airbnb or VRBO) will begin paying the San Antonio HOT directly to the city monthly through the platforms.

I have house hacked twice and it was by far the fastest way possible to increase my networth in the shortest amount of time.What city would you be moving from?   

That being said, I'm not a flipper, I don't know any of the specific info or anything about you and your team so I could be wrong.

After moving out, we re-stained the front porch posts with a darker stain (photo is pre-stain), replaced the front door, did touch-up painting on walls and trim, installed new keyed-alike locks on front/back door, and installed a vented bathroom exhaust fan that wasn't there prior. 

Having a solid team around you like agent, lender etc.

I dont right now in my mind wholesalers will keep doing what they are doing until a regulator hits them with a cease and desist they will pay a fine and move on..

These syndicators often tout themselves as operators because they act as Asset Management teams, setting the business plan and directing the actual PMs to implement.And then there are the "syndicators" that are just capital raisers.
