It does not look like the system has been compromised, however it does appear that someone grabbed email addresses from members who include their email address in their signature.1 - We recommend reporting this email as spam2 - We're working to trace this and hopefully will be able to prevent the scraping from happening from this individual.3 - To better protect yourselves, we do recommend you not include your email address in your signature.Thanks for posting this thread and letting people know about this dirt bag.

In my case, now, in my location, I'd simply make a notice of demand as with a note and deed of trust and proceed to foreclosure if I couldn't get them to pack thier bags and provide a DIL under acceptable terms.
