@Laureen Youngblood I just bought a home in Vegas I will be decamping to no state income tax and selling out of Oregon I will continue to do business here and only pay state income tax on Oregon projects but I only make a small portion of my income in Oregon so it makes no sense when I am bringing in income say from Florida which has no tax.. to pay the sky high Oregon tax.. plus I am simply sick of the looooong winter ...

@Kalimah Jenkins I really like that Idea that forces folks to be safe and hop on the phone.... its sad but this is what we have to do to protect ourselves... we wire probably 1mil or so a week out of my office sometimes more sometimes less.. and its just critical now that we are super diligent..

This Quality of Repair work Isnt Achieved JUST by changing a mortar color, they must Know Which of the many Jointing/ Tuck-Pointing Tools to use to Achieve this Look & so On.Mason #1 also may have Little to no Experience with jackhammers/Certain Hand tools to Remove Brick,Mortar,Stone Etc,He gets up their and Tears Half the Wall down b/c he dont know how to "Finesse" Brick from a Wall.Some Cases are More Critical then others. but Choose the mason by his TYPE of Exp.
