I've been searching for threads/experience purchasing via DSCR (using HELOC as down payment + rehab) and then cash out-refi at 6mo & pay off HELOC...am I missing something?

However, since you put the asset into an LLC, I am going assume you care about asset protection and further this discussion just a bit.My advice to you is to seek out local banks where much of their business is derived from commercial lending.

Am I misinterpreting the purpose of the ___ fields, and they just mean "modify this in some way", and in the (G) instance the correct modification would be to delete the payment types which aren't accepted?
