@James Hall so what are you doing now in real estate?

I am not new to real estate as I have had my RE license in TX previously but have since let it lapse as I am more interested in investing and life happens.I am in a unique position and want to leverage my equity to do more deals.

Reading both books got me motivated to invest in real estate.
