However, there’s one aspect of the website that’s raising a bit of concern for me.I live in Santa Barbara, CA, and from my experience, the median home price here is generally at least $1.5 million, and in most cases, I rarely see anything priced under $1 million.

The team has to consist of a local realtor with experience in the areas, a lender with experience in commercial lending, and a contractor.

@Nedim Tokman, I have never heard of Dolf De Roos, so take what I say with a heaping amount of salt: on LinkedIn it looks like his experience is with "property prosperity".  

I started investing locally and have kept expanding after moving out of state, so I’ve got experience navigating the challenges that come with investing from a distance too.Detroit has its challenges but also some of the best potential for cash flow combined with affordable entry points.

Hi Guys hope your having a wonderful day im looking to Work for someone willing to teach i know alot already but You tube dont mean Squat i need hands on Experience with someone with Wisdom in this industry that can help me get my feet wet in a controlled environment and i think working for people that are already doing big things in real estate will help more than just going on your own Iron sharpens iron.

Would be interesting to hear experiences others have had..The expectation for rent being used to help build credit has slowly grown over the years.

@Jaycee Greene I’ve contacted big banks small local banks and I haven’t quite tried credit unions although I have 2 credit unions for which I have accounts (but my experience is that they aren’t offering that much better terms).
