When painting my house the painters got bright blue paint on my custom made screens so they decided to cover it up with black spray paint...only problem was they left them on the windows so now there is black spray paint on the window glass ...ughhhh

Unfortunately, when you invest in a blue/tenant friendly state you will always have more regulations and roadblocks that will prevent you from running your business efficiently.

A lot of the jobs there are low paying blue-collar work and I believe even the property managers that work in the area don't even recommend investing there.

I know when I print I can, based upon sex,  pink or blue colors,  based upon sir name print language of choice.

-Use yellow printer paper-Setup the page background with light blue lines to imitate  a yellow notepad (optional)-Use mail merge with your excel file of contacts to insert the prospects name at the top, and for the info you’ll print on the envelopes-Find and download a “handwritten” font to use in your document, or the option I’ve used is go to a site like YourFonts.com and turn your own handwriting into a font 👍🏻-Setup the printing size in Word for the envelopes you haveIf you’re going for the traditional yellow letter you’ll also want to have your font color as red.
