I feel that this is both good and bad; it's going to be tough to get all of this information together, but on the other hand, seeing that this isn't just a get rich quick scheme makes it more real and obtainable to me.My biggest desire at the moment is to learn, and I have always felt the best people to learn from are those who have real world experience both succeeding and failing at whatever it is they do.

I don't care for direct mail as it is expensive and very low return.don't mean to butt in (well kinda :lol:) i was curious as to what you say on craigs list and which "subthread" you post under. i looked in "houseing wanted" and it was more of a "i need a place to stay" than a place i saw "distressed homes" ads. this might be good in that no one else is useing that medium in my area or bad in that no one is going to look there if they are distressed....

These are bad and should be removed.Gas furnaces of any sort must have both good venting so the combustion gas exits the house, and must have a good supply of combustion air.Jon
