I think moving forward our numbers are going to keep getting better for a combination of reason but leading ones will be the fact that people don't yet feel comfortable with the idea of a hotel (shared spaces, elevators, shared ventilation etc) and the reality that since people are staying for longer you can't beat the comfort of having a full size apartment with kitchen and washer and dryer to a hotel.

It seems you are combining the idea of the tenant-buyer (TB) giving you money to go and buy a house to RTO to them?   

The compounding effect shouldn't be discounted and there would be nothing to stop you combining strategies by paying off one or more properties to 'cash in' the gain in asset price to reduce your borrowing on one or more of the remaining.
