@Malik Batchelor  In looking over the Probate Information Form, looks like the decedent didn't have a will, so your going to have to cross reference the decedent's address at time of death with your title company or set up a property profile account with any title company.The decedent may have additional properties in and around the area.

At our local REIA the other day we had a speaker that claims if a deal is done properly Arizona Law prevents the lender from imposing the Due on Sale Clause.Is anyone familiar with what I's have to be dotted and t's crossed to make this work?
