The house will get new bathroom finishes, and new carpet and fixtures throughout...Majority of the work is being subbed out, I will do minor demo and carpentry items.All-in-all, should be a nice remodel and good finished product for the homebuyer who gets the property and at a reasonable price for the neighborhood and school district.
