I would imagine it is against your agreement with your broker

If the LLC owned 15 houses, its easy to imagine how quickly those 15 houses could eat up the Manager’s time to oversee.

I want to build and scale fast so I imagine mortgages will be necessary.

I imagine that normally you are going to be purchasing low and re listing.

If not, I can't imagine what your taxes are.

As you can imagine, banks aren't typically very fond of start ups.

This would be in addition to the primary mortgage for the 75%-85% of the sale price that I imagine would come from a small local bank.His asking price is $125,000 for a duplex that rents for $875 & $895 on two 3BR/2Bath units totaling 3000 SF. 

I'd imagine that this situation doesn't bode particularly well for buy and hold condo investors over the next 5-10 years though.
