I should say, I didn’t consider it a flip, and I wasn’t living in renovation dust the whole time... but I enjoyed renovating the kitchen, then adding a second bath, etc. ended up making quite a bit based on the few years of appreciation plus the upgrades.

When there's an exception to that, it usually involves kitchens or bathrooms, or a house that was so beat up no one could get a mortgage on it at all (eg, a flip) and someone had to pay cash.

Hello,I need someone in the New City area of Chicago (south side just north of Englewood) to help with electrical work (lighting around the garage, faulty fixtures) laying tile (kitchen floor and bathroom) and sanding a hardwood floor (if it can be salvaged).
