Effectively, I run away from markets where alternative housing options (owning or renting stick built homes or renting an apartment) are the same cost or moderately more expensive than mobile home options.  

I decided to jump into apartment investing with both feet, just go full-time.

Why was the apartment rented with a toilet that takes one minute to flush and No GFCI outlets in the kitchen and bath??
