I'm curious to know if anyone has dealt with a similar situation and what my options may be.

Each gives advice and perspective and if you are starting out, I would suggest reading them before diving straight into the forums and asking about passive income or turnkey real estate. 

Some of which I think are wildly expensive and difficult to deal with (ie a complete renewal and pictures every year) and others very easy and cost effective. 

What were the lot rents when you bought it, what's market rent and how many lots were occupied?

And all these years later it is still clear as mud.

Definitely sit down with a real estate knowledgeable CPA. 

Between that and a few 0% intro APR credit cards we should be able to have plenty of “cash” to fund projects on rentals in the next few years.We will be doing a similar concept to the all-in-one loan, but will be parking paychecks and rent into a HYSA and then putting all normal monthly expenses on credit cards and pay them off at the due date from the parked paychecks and rents.

Has anyone used Zillow Premium and have you seen good success with it?
