In my experience it is very hard to find a reliable "jack of all trades" handyman to have on retainer.

Is there a similar product type in your area existing and is it trading cheaper than what you could buy the land and build it for??

MERS allows banks to do all their slicing, dicing, and trading of mortgages.

I do have experience in all trades but master of none.

Yet, they still encouraged me to seek more education from colleges, trade schools, seminars, reading books, and listening to recordings of seminars.
