Anyone who uses the Buffini Model as  Agent should have that "put others first to get what I want" mentality.  

Keep looking, keep calling banks in your local area, keep networking, build relationships with every lender you meet  Ask them to keep your contact info if they don't have what your looking for right now and to reach out when they have something they think may work for your business model.  

I really dont understand the wholesale business model--inTexas--unless it is strictly a secondary income.

I'm not sure what your business model is however it appears to be rehabbing and renting single families for the long term (up to this point).
