Just wanted to get a general consensus on the topic, eventually once I accumulate enough assets I’ll consult a lawyer and tax accountant.  

You do not need to be an expert on the topic and in fact if you are incorrect, you could be held liable for someone else's decision that was based on the information you gave them if they are harmed in some way as a result of that decision.

Since you have reserves, the trick is showing it on your balance sheet, then only using it for emergencies or since the topic is BRRRR, using it to fill the gap between what you get from a lender and what you really need to complete a renovation, and then when you refinance getting all or most of your reserve back.

I know I posted this on your other thread, so apologies for the redundancy, but I thought there may be a chance someone may see this post and not the other, and I did want to weigh in on the "contactless signing" topic.

Closest medical clinic is about 20-30 minutes away...and that is a clinic, not a real hospital.
