I didn't walk the house prior to making an offer and prior to closing. iI won't ever close on another OOS property without walking it first. 

It is November 25th and there is only about 35 days left in the year with a lot of professionals who take off the last week of the year.Given that information, you will likely need to buy a poperty with a quick close to achieve what you are looking to do.

Hello, I have a townhome close to theme parks in Kissimmee, FL that is rented and on a one-year lease (was previously short-term rental).

Could be longer too if it is close to where I live, so I can visit it every weekend.
