I charge a premium and as such, expect things to be a bit nicer and feel okay saying no discounts for people shopping for discounted stays as there is a reason I charge more than my competitors.  

When you have unscheduled entry as an option, I think it encourages them to do weird stuff like hide stuff in weird spots, etc because they are always on guard.Hoarders clauses would have to be linked to fire codes I think for excess people and materials near fire sources, etc.

Some people are forecasting a crash or collapse in office, maybe multifamily. 

Vet the person/people before anything else.  

I would like hear the experiences of people that have done it. 

OK, are people actually still investing in those companies?

I'd suggest meeting people in person and investing in B properties or better in growing markets.

For some people, it is a preference thing and that is fine too.

We have very few issues but there are times people drive to fast on the road etc and I hear about it.

Not an impossible task, but it winds up being ALOT of work for a home that is still likely to have a number of deficiencies compared to a newly built, energy efficient home.Now the question I've had a lot of people ask me is: I just bought a concrete block home.
