Hey guys, I been working (self employed) with my brother who owns a used car dealership here in Phx,az for some time now, I would like to buy my first home for investment, normally i have between $20k and $30k in my bank account, average $7k a month liquid and about $60k in my small inventory of vehicles i have for sale in my brothers lot.Sometimes i sell my vehicles on my own private party so there is no trace as its paid in cash, i would rather not get a hard money lender for obvious reasons and would not feel right asking my brother for a loan that size.

I don't know the proper way to categorize owning a primary but it is not a great vehicle in most cases. 

That is the problem.If you put the mobile back on wheels, it becomes a vehicle and for most lenders, that isn't a problem. 

What vehicle would you suggest?

Coordinating vehicle haul offs, parking disputes, blocking the driveway...12.

And with people setting up investment funds around it, it'll start to lose it's currency value and become more of a investment vehicle.
