Occasionally I'll see properties coming on the market where the seller has a VA loan with a low interest rate.  

You can prevent this by requiring them to add you as "additional interest" on their policy.

The terms are also similar to conventional investment property loans - 30 year fixed rate, 30 year amortization (or up to 10 years interest-only).

@Ana Vhan there are many commercial options where you can add multiple locations/multiple states onto a single policy.

Will start to investigate those areas more I’m also interested in looking into areas like Sharjah and Ajman.

There are plenty of older homes on the market that do not have closets.You need 2 egresses (including 1 that goes outside) such as a door or window, size about 70sqft (local codes may differ), ceilings at least 7ft high, and it cannot be a walk-through passage.As always, your local codes may be different.
