I’ve been diving into research lately on getting into the U.S. real estate market, with a particular interest in BRRRR strategies—especially in more affordable areas like Ohio (seems to be a lot of buzz there).I’m still fairly early in the journey: I’ve purchased a turnkey property here in Canada before, but haven’t done any BRRRRs yet.
