Unfortunately , this seems to be a common bait and switch scam .

With a “poor me” I’m going to be homeless,don’t take my grandmas mistakes out on me” gosh I could go on and on and on.But now I’m back to the what do I do. 5 days up, non pay ( as mentioned, now 3 days later past, she is still trying to scam me to stop the eviction!

I smell a SCAM here , DO NOT SEND ANY MONEY .  

This is not a scam and I don't relish rehashing my reasons for doing this to every Nosey Parker who is "curious."

In my opinion, they are a total scam and complete waste of money.

Because they are happy scamming their bank b/c of a loophole and their living for free!

I have been here for about a year and have just read everything I can and I really feel I know more then I need to, to start.

(Note: I HATED reading so I'm really serious about this)My end goal is to become financially free which, to me, means generating enough passive income to cover my expenses, to pay back everyone who has helped me get to where I'm at, as well as being able to to help other loved ones with their financial troubles who might not have the same opportunities as I've had. 

Where do you go to to look for 100 deals a week?

There are some scam artists in Dallas who were selling properties they didnt own.PLus in a lot of cases the house isnt safe and thats one of the reasons its not being listed on the MLS, as owner guess what, I think you are now liable for the condition of the house.IF we ever did a leaseback, and I probably wouldnt do one with a wholesale deal., I would put a large amount in escrow until they moved out.
