I remember once on a flip show I was watching, the hosts figured out the ARV of their target property by bicycling around the neighborhood and chatting on their cell phones, staying hydrated sipping coconut water out of their trendy sports bottles.

It has a major airport, lots of sports/activities, drivable to a beach or mountain on a Friday afternoon, strong rental and real estate market.

Oftentimes people hire agents (real estate, entertainment, sports) so they dont have to deal with the process and the other party That said, you can certainly request the information, though its up to the seller or the seller's agent to give the OK.Regardless, if your agent ignores you, get another one. 

It is definitely a team sport, so find out what your strengths are in this business.

In Denver and Colorado Springs, they are the only areas where you can get any kind of price break and I fully believe people will come rushing back to the cities when concerts, restaurants, professional sports, etc. return.
