Just spot checking the search results there are addresses I know are barely standing, partially burned, or boarded up, that they have categorized as "occupied".

To date these homes are vacant and the local team in Pennsulvania  have taken their sweet time, while I am stuck with paying utilities and insurance on vacants and not recieving any updates from anyone... just occasional pictures of empty houses.The property manager informed me that 2 of the 3 houses have renters lined up to lease

If your using a 15A Circuit Breaker change it to a 10A.Then every time his AC kicks on the breaker will likely trip and you will have to take your sweet time to reset it.Then you can say your electrical system must not be able to handle the extra demand from the AC unit (which would be true).

I have come up with a plan myself on which walls to open, what all to relocate, how many cabinets to place etc but I want to be spot on with these decisions.
