@Shaheen AhmedI don't know the Ohio markets as well as I know Pennsylvania but (1) taxes can vary widely among counties, cities, municipalities, etc. and (2) the problem right now is that interest rates are so high (although taxes and insurance increasing certainly doesn't help.)What are you trying to accomplish?

I also work with normal buyers and sellers as well as with OOS and International investors. 

If done right, a well purchased flip will have multiple exits.

More states are creating "just cause" eviction laws, essentially stating the landlord must allow the tenant to remain in the property except for a few specific situations.It won't end well.

4) Are there interest only options as well?

I'm looking at buying 2-4 unit MF in Poughkeepsie as well and I think I've identified a duplex that may work.
