Your $ are generally tied up for a few years, the return $ in terms of absolute dollar value and not as a % of you investment are not large unless you end up purchasing the property at a deep discount less other existing liens, etc.

This is a buy and hold with the tennants in place...most flippers would be annoyed by them unless they were looking to do a slow flip.Do you have or can you get MLS access?
