I'm not sure of the extent of the damage and plan on driving by this weekend to check it out but was wondering if there are any suggestions out there on if there is anything we should do or anything we need to be worried about?

Additionally, she said they don't need to do an actual appraisal of your home for the HELOC...they just look at comps and drive by your house.

My nature is being really process oriented and when things fall behind because of little details that could have been easily addressed it drives me up the wall. :)

Not trying to discourage you at all Jesse, I admire your drive, it is always best to go in prepared.

I live in a different city so I’d like something with remote capabilities, ideally with storage on the cloud so I don’t have to worry about a hard drive filling up.

Another recommendation would be to attend local meetups, even if you have to drive a bit, its worth it.

A friend did a drive by of the property and apparently there is someone living there and they were acting ‘suspicious’ of a strange person driving by and scoping out the property.
