I don’t know how the numbers pencil out given that it’s a 20 year mortgage, so just make sure it fits the financial goals that you’re looking for in a property.Due your due diligence on the property and future repairs/maintenance costs, but the price/rent ratio seems good.

Since I purchased the building with a 15 years fixed loan the cash flow was not ideal (i.e. 5%); however the previous owners had not raised the rents for about 7 years, so I slowly started to increase rent.
