Everyone else we spoke with wanted to charge us an arm & a leg.

I wanted to shout out to my investors in the Iowa City, Iowa area.

I have a property in Iowa City and the new assessed value is too high.It's a 12 unit old building.Does anybody know how to challenge it ?

Off hand I can only think of one person in each of the following states Texas, Iowa, South Carolina, Alabama, Maryland, Arizona that I would consider experts and willing to help that will answer questions.

Fortunately after a lot of advertising and leg work chasing every lead, we rented. but I am a bit spoked about that market because I have another rental that might come up early next year.

My question is, should I- A) Seller finance the sale?

While I think it does have “legs” and sustainability, I don’t think it will become the way the vast majority of people choose to live.Sometimes, we see a trend that appears to be the new thing, but once economic conditions change the trend reverses.

Maybe this is a leg up on to doing something else, maybe it's not.
