I don't think you are looking for something else to keep you away from your family for an addition 40+ hours a week, I think you need to figure out what type of investing you are interested in that can help you create the life you want.My advise is to do research into what that is, and then learn the basics of that particular niche.

As Wayne and Harjeet said, if you do have an FHA loan outstanding and are forced to move, you would be exempt from the rule and allowed to obtain an additional FHA loan.

Others have added an additional fee to tenant bill.Any change in rent (including adding utility costs) must be in writing usually with 60 notice.
