The listing agent for the vacant land is supposed to be pinning the estate down (did I mention that the origainl owner is dead?) 

Are you ready to have them in the dead of winter when nobody is moving, with school in session and parents with kids don't move.

Reviving a dead thread here ....My wife stays at home with the kids and does all the property management for our properties.

I'm personally just planning to have that dead equity until the property is complete and rented, but I'm struggling how developers typically handle that.  

Then explaining that they will need to make sure they thoroughly clean any food crumbs and anything that the roaches could live on (this will include the dead roaches).
