Some relatively simple formulas can make it almost automatic and will suit your needs.If you want to get additional features support, my personal favorite cloud based accounting platform is Xero, but also Quickbooks is extremely popular with lots of customization options.Let me know if you have any other questions.

This is what I have come up with for myself.I am going to specialize in FSBO properties, buy and hold/flip investors, facebook ads, and FB group posts for buyer leadsI created a pretty lengthy "how to sell your home" guide for FSBO properties, I plan to stay in front of other agents by actually knocking on doors, and delivering the guide to them in person, and then using that to set up a follow up appointment when I can deliver a free CMA.

And lastly, as I've seen on several threads and been told in person, everyone says that more often than not these turn out to be short sales, so I'm wondering if that is one of the primary strategies when approaching these distressed sellers.
