Hi Eric....STR can be tough in DFW area, but some people still doing well, while many are bailing, seeing if they can turn them to MTR or even LTR. 

If you are new and don't have a clue, then I would certainly recommend them or some company that can guide you through things until you have an understanding. 

Also, since you’re not living there anymore, this is a great time to lower your insurance coverage down to the new balance on your loan it can save you some cash.
