What some people do, and mathematically it makes sense, is to open a new credit account during a 0% for the first year promotional offer, transfer existing balances from a high interest card, and close the old account.

I googled "whirlpool washer won't spin, drains ok" and got this: http://www.thriftyfun.com/tf89187482.tip.html (I don't make money off this site, and am not promoting it it was just the first thing that came up in google) which says it could be somthing as simple as a broken belt and how to fix it.I fixed a washer this way before, by googling the problem and breaking out the screwdriver.

@Kelly WiggsHi Kelly,Class C, I'd go carpet.If it were mine I'd go with the most sound deadening pet proof carpet pad I could find, and since you control the Bar, set a Max DB noise level for music 24/7 in the lease and make it pretty low.
