The software company died fairly quickly as I realized that there was way more money in just using the information to do deals rather than basically begging people to pay for the information that I had.

I personally am trying to do this on the side of a career.

Just think about all that time and money you waste buying materials and hunting for the cheapest guy for every job or task.I personally like fair; my GC does not need to be buying a Ferrari or cutting a million dollar paycheck from all the work we give them, but they do have margins and need to make a fair living for the line of work they provide.

Might be able to get you a deal too...I'm pretty good friends with this person. 

I know one person who started their own property management company to use for their many rentals.

Personally I am not a fan of the north side, near west side or south side.

I used HD to remodel the kitchen and bathrooms of my personal residence.
