After you scrape some of that glue up give it a smell test... try a spot with bin and do the same.. it's trial and smell at this point. 

@Timothy Stieffel It's refreshing to see a Bulldog that can see past his maroon colored glasses to spot a wonderful place to live, work and play regardless of what school is there.

The other point of view is that even though renting will become cheaper the area is going to dramatically improve making the area a hot spot and living in the area very appealing.

So even hiring good companies you never know who or what your gonna get.If you were electrocuted and had a serious injury, broke your two legs and an arm that would have disabled you to work for good, and your lawyer said the person you worked for is worth $4 Million, you and your lawyer could get $2M each, and since it's an open and shut case, he offers you a sweet deal to have the $3M and he gets the $1M.

Hey Frank, My passion for the North Lake keeps me looking, but tough to find anything (even a spot of land to drop something on) that will even come close to breaking even after all said and done...

😂🤣😂I invest in crypto for a little fun but if I suddenly got 10 mil and had to park it in one spot it certainly wouldn’t be one of the most volatile forms of investment in all time.  

That’s the sweet spot in my markets.
