Not to say banks do not sell loans to free up credit lines but in most cases less hassles and headaches.

I tried searching courts per county but the only availble is to have case search and the case is not viewable  i can't determine if its eviction or no. plus other court doesn't have the option to search and neeeds to create account an there's specific charge in it. can you recommend a tool that i can use, for free and if not free can that tool be use whichever city or county it is  and i'll be able to pull up eviction records for the specific address / or  specific person.

The total, PITI, most certainly does go up over time.
