I have no problem giving my advice and though they SEEM to be nice people in need of guidance I DO have a GUT feeling that this COULD be some type of Scam My Personal feelings : Do I need the deal ?

Work after being scammed by a contractor (following all the due diligence steps i could have) was about 90k.This property cash flows a lot right now with just the 3 of 4 tenants.

Most people are not that patient.I am not anti-LLC, I use them in my business.

It seems to me that those that are anti solar in this thread are a combination of biased, misinformed, bad at math, or did not read the previous posts that clearly state that the returns on solar are not the same in all regions.To say that the panel's degrade and technology improves therefore it makes no sense to install panels today is ridiculous.  

Could be that most landlords have a negative experience because the local housing authority is very anti-landlord. 

This popped up on social media, and my first thought was "SCAM!"  

I won't go on - you get the point.What this appears to be, to me, is a scam.  

I think her price is very low (in comparison to Cleveland) but I'm not sure - it might be generally that low in Cali.Tell what you're looking for and I'll PM you her company if it's good enoughps the first company she hired, was totally scam pps well, I guess the pricing is better in that company: the above referral has the same 10% as here.....hers is much cheaper
