welcome to Bp.. i hope things are going well on your home .. remember that every two years you can sell and keep 100% of your profits from tax man .. so only another yr and 8 mths ..lol.. its really a good thing to if you can convice the rest of the family of it .. my wife hates moving ( who really likes it ) but i have convinced her that because we bought our house for 25% of value ..all the profits we can make will be tax free as long as we stay under the $500k profit mark ..anyway i am in bushnell and travel to clermont a few times a month so if you ever want to get together and exchange ideas or if i can help in anyway ..just ask .. funny thing .. i am in need of a chiropractor also ... not sure if you take my insurance though .. anyway good luck and God Speed, Michael Short 

I am glad that although you all were close to making a huge mistake , that you didn't ... i hope in the future you are not scared to continue to invest in real estate .. maybe if you find yourself in a similar situation you can call the condo association and ask if they could recomend a handyman or contractor that may be able to look at the place .. he or she may not be as good as a inspector but they could see visable problems and may be able to take a video for you .. anyway .. here's wishing you and your wife the very best of luck ..God Speed, Michael Short  

I just put two under contract .. one in Bushnell and one in Inverness and need some help with rehab estimates and possiblily the rehabs them selves .. i have done a lot of construction work, im kind of a jack of all trades but master if none kind of guy .. and dont feel confident with the scope of rehab the bushnell property needs .. plus my finace partnerwould feel more at ease kniwing a contactor is doing the work .. so if your interested then please accept my colleage request, and if not maybe you you know some subs capable of stepping up ..or contractors you might know .. either way i hope you guys continue to kill it and only wish the very best ..God  Speed Michael Short
