Conversely, we have strong underlying housing market data such as low foreclosures low unemployment, solid demand and so forth but we were in that position before  the big crash.

I've found this to be done in a "restaurant conversation voice" so it's hard to hear what's being sold when.

I would also add that plumbing for all those extra bathrooms is going to be another cost.I don't know that the loft conversions can be done "cheaply" or for value based rents, hence why the loft style living is considered "luxury."

In that conversation you will pick up what they are looking for, a property they are trying to sell, maybe a connection they're looking for, and errend they need help with, it could be anything.

Some use cubic feet, some gallons etc... the conversion if you get the wrong meters will suck, so match your meters to the provider. oh- I use badger disk meters- because someone will ask!
