It's interesting to see how Jacksonville, FL has gone back and forth in value.There seems to have been pretty tremendous leaps of improvement in Columbus, Portland, Seattle, and Salt Lake City over the years too.Albuquerque, NM went from being one of the better markets in 2003 to pretty mediocre in 2016.

@Brian Burke Good one mate.Funny timing as I just put the finishing touches on my 2018 goals (Started planning 2018 in 2016 lol).I'm super weird when it comes to this stuff as I like playing "Nostradamus" and "calling" out to my fate.I started this in 2015 and had 39 major goals to hit.2016 had 432017 had 58And now 2018 has 50Here are some of them below:Buy, fix and sell 250+ propertiesGrow List’n Sell Realty to 200+ agents Raise $3m for List’n Sell’s online platform (Rogue), app, expansion (new markets), ICO, mergers/acquisitions and lead generationBuy a condo in Lombardy, Italy (Lake Como)Buy a condo in Havana, CubaWin a company award for Ohio Cashflow (Inc 5000)Give 3 houses awayPublish “The Raw Truth To Success In Real Estate” BookStart my license to become a pilot (Look out @Jay Hinrichs) hahaAnd the list goes on...So far I have around 20 listed for 2019 and 10 or so for 2020 lolIt's truly amazing how when you write down your goals, they subconsciously become a part of you and they start coming to fruition.Nothing beats hard work and taking action.This has been our best year to date (4x) and am looking forward to doubling it in 2018Much success to everyone
