Good areas are Sherwood Forest, University District, Indian Village, West Village, East Villiage, Woodbridge, Boston Edison, Corktown.

It's interesting to see how Jacksonville, FL has gone back and forth in value.There seems to have been pretty tremendous leaps of improvement in Columbus, Portland, Seattle, and Salt Lake City over the years too.Albuquerque, NM went from being one of the better markets in 2003 to pretty mediocre in 2016.

We have openings in some great markets (Seattle/Portland, Vegas/Salt Lake, Gulf Coast of Florida, Dallas and DC/Baltimore).

I have been looking in the Las Vegas area and also at Lake Havasu, AZ area as these are places that are easily driven to from my Southern California home.
