Yes they should have picked a better reference-like a previous landlord or employer.

I think that is very reasonable and if we’re talking 2-3 weeks that’s going to be faster than trying to find a cash buyer to pick this up and close given all the uncertainty in the market and the fact that they can’t start construction at this time as well.

I have picked up calls, recently when I called my doctor, then answering the phone 5 minutes later thinking it's my doctor returning the call, but it was a solar panel company salesman.

In fact, I have used that exact strategy multiple times now to pick up more properties.
