There is also 1 or 2 other meetings throughout the month.1RE Club - https://www.meetup.com/1REClub/- This group is led by a former Rich Dad coach who has been investing in DFW since the 1980’s.

Hard work is about 10% of the equation... most rich actually work the least.. everyone else is doing it for them.

SO, I have read Rich Dad Poor Dad, Buy Rehab Rent Refinance Repeat, and Long Distance Real Estate Investing. 

He pedals get rich quick schemes to the naive, hopeful and desperate.  

Haven’t talked to Cooperate Direct yet that advertises on the Rich Dad Podcast.

I know it means something to you but you could call it Flipper McFlipperface, LLC and it wouldn't matter.If it's expensive flips, on the other hand, I'd try to work in some words that always sound rich and classy: Regency, Admiralty, Prestige, Mount+anything, Saint+anything.

There are few things more corrosive than the belief on the part of your tenants that you are getting rich off of their rents.
