Hi BP community,I have a tenant who has been quite non cooperative and I had to get a lawyers help in sending the tenant a notice for rent increase and draft a lease and upload to digital signature site for signatures. 

My background is in digital marketing, website development, and sales.

It also good to send them a digital pamphlet of the property's amenities and neighborhood before hand to separate out the non-serious people.

Our Property Management is in Roselle and live in St Charles so always open to connect digitally or locally. 

edit: And I'm not the rabid climate crowd, I just believe strongly that hurricanes in the GC-AC regions will be more and more devastating, albeit less frequent. 

If I took a dig, it was definitely for the benefit of self esteem of my online alias (and from years of investigating fraud in real life - on behalf of too numerous a victim - in the real world.

Our housing market is one that has not had inventory levels increase, our median days on market are in the single digits, and there has not been noticeable downward pressure on prices.
