@Richard Singh Section 8 allows MTM after first year of lease.I'd send your agent, their broker and the attorney an email stating how they legally failed to execute their duties on your behalf.

It’s usually in the spring and fall to do maintenance (batteries, turn off the outside water, replace filters, etc. but it gives an opportunity to catch any issues - both maintenance that they may not notice like failing caulk in the tubs, and also anything damaging they may be doing.

I have attempted and failed to reason with A; despite an exterminator documenting that there was a heavy bedbug infestation in A’s unit and insinuating that they originated from it, A denies the issue each time it’s brought up and refuses to have his unit cleaned.
