Just be aware of what is your plan for the money?

I plan on moving to Toronto in the next 4 months which is about 4 hours away.

I enjoy the convenience of their size and haven't had any problems yet but I do not plan to go down the unconventional lending scenarios anytime soon.

I don't necessarily plan to start here.Found that the Sheriff sale in my area has quite a few listings on it, many of which aren't anything note worthy.

If your accountant is familiar with Xero then at year end they can also access so accurate tax planning can be done before the clock ticks away at year end.

If you were to have a sheriff sale against your personal property due to a dispute with a creditor, is there a way to stop or postpone the sheriff sale to either set up payment plan or dispute the claim?

Also, don't put yourself in a financial situation where you feel as if you have to rent your unit ASAP. 4)- Plan, plan and plan some more.

My wife and I are mostly retired and are considering different options for some long-term plans we have. 

After I finish school this spring, we plan on moving again and renting out the current property.  

The plan is, I will be on title as an owner (20%) and we'll have a buyout agreement in place prior to close.
